Established in 1891, St. Germain\u2019s Glass is an employee-owned company with deep roots established in Duluth. St. Germain\u2019s continues to be a leader in the glass, glazing and distribution industry for the upper Midwest. Our markets include wholesale distribution and fabrication of glass and architectural aluminum products, glass service and contract glazing.<\/p>\n

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maximizing commercial\/residential glazing service sales with existing customer base, establishing new customers through sales calls\/networking, maximizing margins, and growing of customer base and total sales. The customer base will include residential customers, commercial property managers, schools, colleges, municipalities, corporations and small contractors. The market is in Northern MN\/WI.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/b><\/p>\n

1. Providing support, estimates and service to existing and new customers.
\n2. Ensuring that our customers are highly satisfied with our services and products.
\n3. Creation and management of work orders and quotes to insure accurate and timely service to customers.
\n4. Working with the glazing supervisor to schedule work.
\n5. Communication of job details to the glazing supervisor and glaziers before the start of the work.
\n6. Processing of completed work orders to ensure timely invoicing and credits.
\n7. Resolving any issues for our customers in a timely manner.
\n8. Working with the credit manager to aid in collections.
\n9. Working with service manager to develop and implement an annual sales plan.<\/p>\n

\n2. Problem solving skills and attention to detail
\n3. Judgment and decision making skills
\n4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
\n5. Ability to work without close supervision
\n6. Strong math skills
\n7. Ability to develop long term relationships with customers
\n8. Excellent computer skills
\n9. Construction experience preferred
\n10. Must be able to multitask and balance work load.
\n11. Positive attitude and team player
\n12. Good driving record<\/p>\n
