This role will develop and maintain partnerships with leaders across the organization and will be a trusted expert to inform marketing initiatives, business development efforts and employee engagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ownership of the marketing plan, budget and global implementation<\/li>\n<li>Brand management for the family of brands<\/li>\n<li>Develop and strengthen Brin\u2019s company culture initiatives, including ESOP engagement<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Vice President of Business Development to drive client engagement \u2013 build project portfolios, grow association participation, plan events and execute marketing tactics<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to build marketing partnerships with key clients<\/li>\n<li>CRM implementation across divisions (administration, training and reporting)<\/li>\n<li>Create and implement internal and external content plans, including corporate communication, blogs, social, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Website management across divisions, coordinating updates for four websites<\/li>\n<li>Develop lead generation plans by division (CTAs, PPC, LinkedIn ads, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with recruiting to build and execute best-in-class candidate experience<\/li>\n<li>Manage company SWAG for prospective talent and employees (company stores, new hire swag, sales swag, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Oversight of external resources, partners and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks and initiatives as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to tailor content and communication to a senior-level audience, including internal and external partners<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience translating business strategy into marketing tactics, synthesizing data and insights, and authoring successful marketing plans<\/li>\n<li>Experience administrating and training CRM systems: Building reports and workflows<\/li>\n<li>Website and social media experience for execution (WordPress and LinkedIn experience a must)<\/li>\n<li>Consistent track record of moving strategy to action (completing work on time, with quality)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Brin<\/strong>: Established in 1912, Brin Glass Company has been a leader in the glazing industry for the upper Midwest for over 100 years.
