The customer base includes commercial property managers, schools, colleges, municipalities, corporations, and small contractors within the Twin Cities metro area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing support, estimates, and service to existing and new customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that customers are highly satisfied with Brin services, products, and overall experience.<\/li>\n<li>Entry and management of work orders and quote requests to insure accurate and timely service to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the glazing supervisor to schedule work.<\/li>\n<li>Communication of job details to the glazing supervisor and glaziers before the start of the job.<\/li>\n<li>Processing of completed work orders to ensure timely invoicing and credits.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve any issues with work orders in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the accounting department to aid in collections.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement an annual sales plan.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Position requires a high level of client interaction via phone, email, and in-person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2-years\u2019 experience in the glass or construction industry<\/li>\n<li>2-year associate degree<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop long term relationships with customers<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills and strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong math skills<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude and team player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Brin<\/strong>: Established in 1912, Brin Glass Company has been a leader in the glazing industry for the upper Midwest for over 100 years.
