Includes writing orders, take offs, coordinating delivery and product completion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Cost and bill all projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Troubleshoot with customers when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Establish good working relationships with our customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Ensure projects are bid with the appropriate material, labor, and accuracy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Maintain an open communication with the distribution sales staff to ensure customers are taken care of and using St. Germain\u2019s Glass for their glass, metal, and plastics needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Work with our metal shop and delivery department to coordinate on-time deliveries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Work with vendors to secure the best pricing and lead times for all projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">College graduate or High School diploma with 3+ years\u2019 experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Strong communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Strong technical\/math skills (Mathematics\/Geometry).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Ability\/desire to work in a fast paced industry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';color: black\">Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Ability to read, interpret and understand glass specifications to provide accurate bids.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Ability to understand and apply all the variables that drive a price.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times'\">Knowledge of glass fabrication preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times';font-size: 12pt\"><strong>About Brin<\/strong>: Established in 1912, Brin Glass Company, the parent company of St. Germain\u2019s Glass Co., has been a leader in the glazing industry for the upper Midwest for over 100 years.
