The Challenge 

The project required relocation of the main entrance, but the existing CTS system made even small modifications highly technical and sensitive. Brin was tasked with selectively demolishing a portion of the entry wall, removing bullnose features on adjacent and lower walls, and preparing the façade for new metal panels, metal caps, and spandrel glass—all while protecting the integrity of the surrounding structure and maintaining a cohesive exterior appearance.

Our Solution

Brin executed a controlled demolition of the specified façade area, installed new framing for the repositioned entrance, and carefully removed outdated bullnose details to prepare the surface for upgraded materials. Our team fabricated and installed new metal panels and metal caps that tied cleanly into the existing façade, and we replaced the affected spandrel glass to restore visual consistency and enhance performance. Every step was coordinated to ensure clean transitions and long‑term durability.
