Job Purpose

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support by:

• Estimating and processing orders for commercial and residential glass services
• Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
• Measuring and identifying repair needs (e.g., windows, shower doors, mirrors)
• Serving a diverse customer base including homeowners, schools, and contractors

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and provide estimates
• Enter and manage work orders and quotes
• Communicate job details to the glazing team
• Schedule and update customers on job progress
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Process completed work orders for invoicing
• Manage small contract jobs for future growth

Requirements

• 2+ years in glass or construction industry preferred
• Pay ranges between $45,000 – $55,000 depending on experience.
• Strong product knowledge and customer communication skills
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and math/measuring skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Proficiency with computers
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
